Those of you who tuned in to The Walking Dead finale last night, you were treated to the first TV spot for The Last of Us, Naughty Dog's new upcoming PS3 exclusive. If you watched the trailer, you obviously know why they chose to debut it during The Walking Dead. Apocalypse setting aside, both narratives deal with character relationship and development throughout the story. For those of you who missed it, here it is.
In The Last of Us, Joel, a ruthless survivor, and Ellie, a young teenage girl who has never stepped foot outside the safe zone, work together to survive their journey across the remains of the United States. As Naughty Dog has explained in the past, the story is that of a father-daughter love relationship. It's due out on June 14, 2013.
