Check out Need for Speed’s first 17 cars

The first 17 cars that will be featured in Need for Speed were revealed by developer Ghost Games today. Unfortunately, it was just a list and no images accompanied the reveal but some of the Lambos sound excellent. At Gamescom this past month EA revealed some new information for Need for Speed along with a make your own in-game car contest.

The game will follow five different racers, each with their own individual race style accompanied by live action video sequences as well. Each scene will vary depending on the choices you make and racing style you adapt. In addition, EA is also letting you convert social media likes into in game currency with the addtion of their new Snapshot software. At random times during the game, automatic pictures will be taken and sent to the Need for Speed server where other community members can view and "like" them. These likes will in turn transfer to in game currency for use on purchases and upgrades.

Need for Speed releases this November on Xbox One.
