Check out the God of War 3 Remastered launch trailer

In 2010 Sony Santa Monica released God of War 3 onto PlayStation 3 consoles with such hack 'n slash fury that the game had to be remade and re-released five years later. The PlayStation 4 has officially seen the release of God of War 3 Remastered, in all of its 1080p, 60fps glory.

The game is essentially the same game, but with better graphics and a new Photo Mode. Back when the original version of the game was released, we scored it at 9/10 and the Remastered version is just as good (I mean it really can't be worse, unless it was broken somehow… but it's the same game from 2010!).

After Sony Santa Monica revealed the remastered version of God of War 3, they put up a listing on the PlayStation site looking for a senior animator to help them with their next game. It wasn't revealed what game they would be working for and while Sony Santa Monica is working on a couple games, they are also working on a new God of War project.
