Check out the new gameplay video for Blood Bowl 2

Blood Bowl 2, the sequel to the video game adaptation of the board game that combines American football with Warhammer, had a new gameplay video release today. The video shows a whole new match philosophy — Chaos.

Chaos teams have a certain playstyle in Blood Bowl 2. The tactics that they use involve crippling, maiming, injuring, trampling, and killing players on the other team. In other words, they cause chaos. Only after they killed most of/the entire opposing team do they actually care about the ball and try score a touchdown. Chaos teams also have access to mutations, which give meaningful advantages to them, like increasing their destruction potential or handicapping the other team’s dodging, running or passing.

The video also shows off the new graphics engine in action, animations, cameras and more. More about Blood Bowl 2, which is releasing on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, will be revealed soon.
