If you've got a couple extra dollars to spend, you're in luck! A Tokyo-based jewelry store is selling life-size Darth Vader masks crafted out of 24-karat gold, all for the low price of $1.4 million. The store, named Ginza, isn't entirely unfamiliar with creating gold busts – their last bust was a pure gold Ultraman after all.
Looking to celebrate Star Wars' 40th anniversary, Ginza managed to craft a gold Darth Vader helmet over the last few months. The gold helmet is about 10.4 inches wide, 11.8 inches high, and weighs in at 33 pounds. It took 10 goldsmiths, each working on their own section of the mask, three months to mold and assemble.
Unfortunately, the mask isn't for wearing.
If the helmet is out of your budget, there are also gold coins with Yoda or Luke Skywalker engraved on them for $1,200.
