China Wishes to Release War Simulation Game to Public

China has a video game for its military troops called the Glorious Mission. It is a war simulation game, and if they have it their way, it will be released to the public as early as May 2012.

According to ibnlive.in.com, the game is only allowed to be played by the military and developers are waiting for approval before they can distribute to the masses. Even with approval, it will probably be six months before they can have the game ready for the public.

Modeled after U.S. Army's video game America's Army, the Glorious Mission is a first person shooter that targets U.S. troops. The Glorious Mission is the first training simulation specifically created for the China Armed forces.
