Chris Hemsworth dazzles on the set of Ghostbusters

In June we heard that Chris Hemsworth was set to take the role of the glasses-wearing receptionist in Paul Feig's upcoming Ghostbuster films that features a female heavy cast with Kristen Wiig as Erin Gilbert, Kate McKinnon as Jillian Holtzman, Melissa McCarthy as Abby Yates and Leslie Jones as Patty Tolan.

We have been given our first look at the Ghostbusters eye-candy, sorry, I mean Chris Hemsworth on set. He's wearing the team's ghost bustin' jumpsuit, riding the Ghostbusters motorcycle and of course, he's wearing glasses. The jumpsuit and bike indicate that he might not be your average receptionist — he might be a bit more hands on.

The male cast in the film has grown with Andy Garcia as the Mayor of New York City, Michael K. Williams as a character named “Hawkins,” Matt Walsh as a character named “Rourke,” and Neil Casey as the film’s villain, alongside Hemsworth. New York City’s NY1 news anchor Pat Kiernan is also set to appear as news anchor in the film.
