Civilization 6 announced for October release

Civilization 6 is bringing strategy players back from space and to earth once again to wage war, conduct diplomacy, advance your culture and go against history's greatest leaders.

In order for you be be able to build the strongest civilization possible, Firaxis is bringing you new features in Civilization 6: Cities will physically expand across the map, active research in technology and culture will unlock new potential, and competing leaders will pursue their own agendas based on their historical traits while you do what you can to win the game.

The expanding cities will allow players to custom build cities and take advantage of the land, the dunamic diplomacy willbring a new level of conflict to the game – as well as new alliances, and a new tutorial system will make the game more accessible than ever to new players.

Civilization 6 is set to release on October 21st, 2016 and is now available for pre-purchase on Steam for $59.99.
