Clash of Clans sneak peek: Clan Tags

As you're probably aware by now, Clash of Clans is getting a Halloween update — presumably some time this week. While we're not sure of the exact release, Supercell has at least been providing us with sneak peeks via YouTube personalities.

While spooky shrubbery and other Halloween-themed items are coming to the popular mobile game, the bulk of the update will focus on Clans, particularly making the entire process of finding and joining a clan much easier. Over the weekend, we learned of a more advanced Clan search, allowing Clan leaders to set up specific settings for their clan — such as location (by country or international), war frequency, member count, and more. In addition to that, each clan will have a unique tag.

"Having troubles finding a specific clan? Do a search via hashtag and get the exact result you need!" Supercell teased.

It's not the most exciting new feature, but sometimes these quality of life improvements are exactly what a game needs.

Find out more about clan improvements in the video below.
