Supercell Games today gave us our fifth sneak peek at the upcoming Clash of Clans update, revealing the new Haste spell.
Created in the also new Dark Spell Factory, Haste is "The fastest speed boost ever, at half the storage space of a Rage spell." If you recall from earlier teasers, the new Dark Spells will only take up one storage space while traditional Spells will take up two. Of course, the downside to Haste Spell is that it offers no bonus damage, but seeing as how a lot of people use Rage simply for the increased movement speed this can fill a nice void.
Additionally, on the forums, Supercell revealed that Arabic and Traditional Chinese languages will now be supported.
It's unclear when the new Clash of Clans update will go live, but with today being the fifth day of sneak peeks, I can't imagine there's many more. This update is already shaping up to be one of the largest we've seen in a while, introducing a number of new features such as:
- Level 5 Dragons
- Dark Spell Factory w/ Poison Spell
- Earthquake Spell
- Massive changes to competitive multiplayer
