Clash of Clans Winter Update sneak peeks: Level 7 Giants, Saved based layouts

With the Clash of Clans Winter update rapidly approaching, developer Supercell Games is continuing to release sneak peeks at the upcoming features and tweaks.

Today, the developer revealed Level 7 Giants. "He's big, he's furious and he's coming soon!" Supercell said of the new Giant which will be available at Town Hall 10.

Meanwhile, over on the forums, today's exclusive sneak peaks include:

• Hero ability icons now show remaining hitpoints and will start flashing when low – use their ability to recover some HP!
• Compare your clan to others in clan local leaderboards!

The update will also allow for multiple saved layouts for both your home Village and War Base. According to Supercell, you'll be able to switch, copy and edit layouts at any time, and even finish the layouts at a later date. Below you can find a video previewing the new saved layouts feature.

Supercell hasn't announced when the Winter update will rollout, but I'm presuming — based on the number of teasers released already — it'll be sometime this week. Previous sneak peeks of features, improvements, and tweaks coming to Clash of Clans can be seen below:
