Clint Hocking joins Valve’s ranks

A couple weeks ago Creative Director Clint Hocking formally resigned from LucasArts and announced he was "moving on to something new."

Hocking assured fans that he had a position waiting for him. Yesterday the Ubisoft veteran revealed that he's joined the ranks of Valve.

So far Hocking hasn't updated his blog with any specifics, but we'll be watching for any breaking news about Valve's newest recruit.

The former creative director started working at LucasArts in 2012 on "an unannounced project." He previously contributed to the Splinter Cell and Far Cry franchises, remaining at Ubisoft's Canadian studio for nine years.
