Relic Entertainment is prepping a Company of Heroes sequel, due out next year.
Word of the sequel came from NeoGAF, which discerned the announcement from the upcoming issue of PC Gamer. According to forum members, the game will have a 2013 release and feature a main campaign on the Eastern front, with players acting on the side of the Russians. Snow will hinder troops and tanks but also serve as cover in combat. Units will also be able to vault over low-rise walls.
The game follows THQ and developer Relic's real-time strategy computer game from 2006. It was the first to use the somewhat unfavored Games for Windows brand.
