Crabs shoot each other in Neo Aquarium, out now on Playism

It's awesome when video games defy all human logic and make absolutely no sense. Hell, that's the very reason I started playing video games in the first place. That's why it's great that titles such as Neo Aquarium exist.

Available now through Playism, Neo Aquarium is a fast-paced shoot 'em up that takes place underwater. To make matters even more joyously absurd, the stars of this shooter are crustaceans. You know, crabs, lobsters, and other such marine critters.

Neo Aquarium launched today on Playsim, and it is currently priced at $8.99. If underwater battles are something you want to engage in, you might want to give this title a spin. Do so before August 12 and you'll get the chance to win a number of marine wildlife-themed Japanes prizes such as a hand fan or a kimono.

Neo Aquarium features a single-player story mode, local multiplayer, and online multiplayer. If you're looking for a quirky shooter, check out the game's trailer above and see if this one's for you.
