Crack open a cold Fallout Beer this November

Nuka-Cola maybe the most popular soft drink of the post-apocalyptic world, but in the UK, it's about to be Carlsberg's new Fallout Beer.

Created in partnership with Bethesda, the new beverage inspired by Vault-Tec Industries arrives just in time to enjoy alongside the upcoming Fallout 4 game. Fallout Beer is exclusive to the UK and is currently available for pre-order via Amazon. It will begin shipping on November 5th, just days ahead of the release of Fallout 4. 

“This is something of a world-first. Adult participation in video gaming is a truly social activity, on a par with cinema and music.  We’re proud to work with Bethesda to produce a beer Fallout fans can enjoy," said Bruce Ray, corporate affairs director at Carlsberg UK.

Of course, as a 4% alcoholic beverage, you must be 18-or-older (UK's legal drinking age) to purchase. Fallout Beer is a light coloured pilsner lager, with a "refreshingly zesty hoppy taste and a floral aroma." It was brewed using "a unique blend of malted barleys combined with selected hops."

So if you plan on surviving the wasteland in Fallout 4, and you're over 18 and live in the UK, you might wanna buy one of these 12-packs to crack open on November 10th.

For now, though, crack open any beer and enjoy because Fallout 4 just went gold.
