During EA's Gamescom 2012 press conference, Crytek director of creative development Rasmus Hojengaard gave fans a sneak peek at one of the new gameplay modes in Crysis 3, "Hunter Mode".
In this mode, which supports up to 16 players at a time, there are two teams – a large group of CELL troopers and a very small group of cloaked Hunters. The Hunters must fight to take down all CELL troopers before the timer runs out and each CELL unit killed respawns as a cloaked Hunter.
While appearing unfair at first glance, it's easy to see how the numbers can quickly swing into the Hunters favor. As the press conference demo displayed, a few kills can result in the number of cloaked Hunters outnumbering CELL units.
