ZeptoLab is planning a new candy-filled adventure this winter with a sequel to physics-based puzzle game Cut the Rope.
Cut the Rope debuted in 2010 on the App Store, and since then ZeptoLab has released additional titles such as Experiments, Time Travel, and Pudding Monsters. The developer considers Cut the Rope 2 "the first true sequel."
Today it revealed that collectively, the games have achieved over 400 million downloads and reached 60 million monthly active users in the first half of 2013.
ZeptoLab is also expanding its web series Om Nom Stories, which has hit more than 85 millions views just on YouTube. It's distributed on TV networks worldwide. The third season will premiere alongside Cut the Rope 2.
