Dark Souls 2 listed for PS4 and Xbox One

Gaming on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One is about to get a lot harder. That's because Dark Souls 2 is potentially coming to PS4 and Xbox One, if new listings by Tesco Direct are to be believed.

The online retailer currently has product pages for both the PS4 and Xbox One versions of Namco Bandai's action-RPG sequel, though there's no box art and a release estimate for December 31, 2013.

This is the first that I've seen of a possible next-gen port of the brutally challenging game, but surely the challenge is welcomed by Xbox One and PS4 owners who may not have gotten to play the game on last-gen systems. And with Lords of the Fallen coming in October and Bloodborne expected to release exclusively on PS4 early next year, there certainly won't be a lack of difficult action-RPGs for next-gen gamers to soak their time and money into.
