Dark Souls 2’s The Lost Crowns Trilogy concludes today with Crown of the Ivory King

Dark Souls 2's The Lost Crowns DLC comes to an end today with the release of the trilogy's final chapter, Crown of the Ivory King, available today on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.

As was the case with the previous DLC, Crown of the Ivory King promises to deliver "the signature gameplay challenges and emotional highs that the Dark Souls franchise is famous for." Expect new enemies, traps, and bosses that have been devised "to stop players from completing their quests in Crown of the Ivory King."

As I write this, we've got our resident Dark Souls expert Andrew Clouther chiseling away at the latest adventure, so expect a review and full walkthrough soon. Each individual chapter of The Lost Crowns DLC is available for purchase for $9.99. However, on Steam (PC), you can get the season pass which grants you access to all three chapters for just $24.99. The first chapter, Crown of the Sunken King, was released back in July. The second part, Crown of the Old Iron King, released in August.
