Today is the day of Dark Souls 3. Along with the information revealed earlier about a possible pre-order bonus, we now have information regarding a season pass.
According to the Australian Xbox store, a listing for Dark Souls III season pass is posted and requires all new content. The official listing reads "Expand your DARK SOULS III experience with the Season Pass and gain access to 2 epic DLC packs at a discounted price. Challenge yourself with new maps, bosses, enemies and additional weapon and armor sets".
There is no price information yet, but at that time is only available through a bundle purchase. It was a safe bet that Dark Souls III would receive a season pass and DLC anyway, but at least we have some tangible information to go on now. We'll let you know more as we hear it.
