For those of you that signed up for the Dark Souls III beta last month, it’s now available for download via PS4. However, being able to download it doesn’t guarantee that you’ve been accepted into the stress test, which is admittedly a little confusing.
The beta will run from October 16-18th with notification of beta acceptance on either the 12th or 13th. The information was originally posted via the PlayStation Store’s official website, but now appears to have been scrubbed, likely due to the confusion it was causing.
Dark Souls III will be launching on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on March 24, 2016.
