Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition may have just launched for PC a few days ago, but if you consider yourself more of a console gamer, you'll be glad to know that the title is hitting the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 soon. More specifically, the game is due out on October 26, just in time for you to play a terrifyingly difficult game on Halloween.
If you already own Dark Souls but you want to play through that Prepare to Die Edition content, worry not. Despite the fact that the new version of the game is landing at retailers, Dark Souls owners will be able to download the extra content for a currently unspecified fee. Hey, don't complain! It's better than having to buy the game all over again.
I've got a copy of Dark Souls that I've yet to play. Admittedly, I'm too terrified to start that game. Oh hell, I guess this October's as good a time as any to finally play that game and get my hands on some extra content while I'm at it.
