Dark Souls: Remastered was announced for Nintendo Switch. It’s also coming to PC, PS4, and Xbox One. What was unknown, however, was how much it will sell for.
As anticipated as the remastered edition was, it was never expected to release at the typical full price of a video game. Bandai Namco didn’t speak on the matter at first, but several retailers have since listed a price of $40.
We’re unsure if this is the price for all versions of the game, but there’s been nothing to imply a difference in price.
We’re likely to hear an official announcement concerning pricing soon, as the game is set to launch on May 25. The game will run at an upscaled 4K and 60fpss on PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X. Pc players will have the option to run at a native 4K resolution. The Nintendo Switch version will, however, run at 1080p and 30fps.
