Darkest Dungeon officially leaves Early Access

Darkest Dungeon, the side-scrolling-horror themed roguelike that has been challenging players to survive its numerous dungeons for almost a year is finally out of Early Access. Well, almost. Today marks the game's official release, which means it will also be going up in price from $19.99 to $24.99.

As of this writing, you still have a chance to snag it for $5 cheaper if you're interested, though most likely at 10am PST / 1pm EST, the game will officially launch, since that's when Steam updates daily.

Darkest Dungeon is a unique title that uses an Affliction System, which puts stress on your adventurers over time. If you don't let them rest, they will suffer major penalties while adventuring, giving them massive handicaps.

You can check out more info on the game on the official Steam Page, and look forward to the game releasing on the PS4 and Vita in Spring 2016.
