If Darth Vader can be in Soul Calibur 4, why not Fallout 4? YouTuber Cosmic Contrarian asked and answered that exact question in a recent video showcasing a colorful collection of Star Wars mods, the centerpiece of which is none other than Darth Vader.
With grenade-powered Force abilities and a faithfully recreated crimson lightsaber, Darth Vader is every bit as overpowered in the Wasteland as he is against soldiers in the Star Wars films. Even mercenaries, who actually manage to hit things with their laser rifles, can’t stop him. Luke Skywalker, too, falls to Vader. In fact, they’re almost suspiciously helpless. Vader, do you have God mode enabled by chance?
Cosmic Contrarian created the Star Wars experience seen above using several Fallout 4 mods, including new Brotherhood of Steel equipment, Jedi and Sith Force powers, alternate Pip-Boy textures and, of course, a custom Vault suit.
The question is, how is it that playing as Darth Vader in Fallout 4 makes more sense than using an old crank crossbow? Then again, the Power Armor helmets do resemble Stormtroopers in the right light. The Captain America trailer, though? Complete nonsense. Complete, fantastic nonsense.
