Well, of course data mining continues on Street Fighter 5 and this time we now have all the final characters revealed for the game.
After last week's reveal following the second beta revealing Dhalsim prior to its reveal at the Paris Game Show 2015, user Acecombat over on the Shoryuken forums has discovered sound files announcing all 22 of the game's characters. With 15 of the 16 characters in the base game announced, we now know exactly who the DLC characters are:
- Guile
- Balrog
- Ibuki
- Juri
- Alex
- Urien
In this list, Juri is an all new fighter with of course Balrog and Guile being staples in the franchise. The others are all from SF3 and SF4. Now, the audio files show all 22 characters, including the final character marked as "fan/fun" which you can clearly hear is from the game. Also listed is a new ranking system consisting of 21 levels ranging from rookie all the way to Hero as you earn status and progress through the game.
All of the audio files below are compliments of the Shoryuken forums where the user originally located them through data mining. Unfortunately, it looks like none of our most desired characters will make the game with this list, but what do you think?
