this week it will ship its eagerly anticipated Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX 2 for
the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system. Building upon the Company’s
successful franchise that has sold in excess of 1.2 million units worldwide,
Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX 2 will be in full national retail distribution on
"Freestyle Thursday" September 6, 2001. The Company is currently supporting the
title with an integrated $4 million marketing campaign, including national
print, television and radio advertising, consumer sweepstakes and retail
promotions.

Freestyle BMX 2 offers an innovative S.I.K. trick system, which allows players
to pull more than 1,500 tricks, including the new grind, wall ride and lip trick
