Earlier today, Gameinformer reported that Daybreak Studios will be bringing DC Universe Online — the free-to-play DC super hero-themed MMORPG — to Xbox One later this year.
Prior to becomign Daybreak Studios, the developer was a PlayStation-exclusive studio by the name Sony Online Entertainment. However, in early 2015 Sony sold the studio that brought us EverQuest, PlanetSide 2, DC Universe Online, (most recently) H1Z1. Almost immediately it was confirmed that Xbox One games would be coming. After all, it was just about everyone's first question.
Today, the Creative Director for DC Universe Online told SJ Mueller that Xbox One users will be able to get their hands on the game this Spring. DC Univese Online offers both story content as well as PvE and PvP online gameplay. A full story mode, crafting ability and guild halls are also available in game.
