Team Ninja has some clear Vita plans in the near future. Ninja Gaiden 2 Sigma Plus isn't the only game popping up on the portable platform next year. It turns out Dead or Alive 5 is also getting the Plus treatment, and it's slated for a Vita release on March 19, 2013.
The jiggle-tastic fighter will sport some new features including touchscreen options and motion functions. Using the touchscreen, players will be able to pull off moves with taps and swipes, though this isn't required, so if you don't dig touchscreen controls, you can ignore this feature. Additionally, holding the Vita vertically will let you check out your opponents in first-person mode.
Dead or Alive 5 Plus looks to provide a handheld alternative to the successful console fighter it's based on. Here's hoping Vita owners get a truly wonderful portable fighting game.
