Deadly Premonition haunts Steam this Halloween

Deadly Premonition is coming to PC on October 31 via Steam.

The cult-favorite survival-horror game sped through the Steam Greenlight process in July. That's pretty amazing for a game that critics trashed before people realized how good it was — not from a technical standpoint, but it's easy to love the wacky characters and story of Greenvale, where a streak of mystery murders takes place.

Rising Star Games published a Director's Cut for PlayStation 3 earlier this year with extra content and design improvements, which is what the PC version is based on. Prepurchases on Steam will begin two weeks prior to release.
