Deadpool takes shot at professional athletes in Super Bowl 50 trailer

Deadpool made a guest appearance during Super Bowl 50, and the Merc with a Mouth didn't hold back.

Known for his crude humor and sarcastic tone, Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) offers his insight into the world of sports, including his dream of always wanting to be a professional athlete.

Why?

"'Cause I wanted to have children in cities all over the world."

Ouch. And to think, this is just a taste of what to expect when Deadpool hits theaters on February 12th.

It was a busy Sunday night for 20th Century Fox, as the studio also released new teaser trailers for X-Men: Apocalypse and Independence Day: Resurgence.
