Hothead Games certainly isn’t resting on its laurels! Following the recent success of its RPG spoof DeathSpank, the company has announced that a new adventure for everyone’s favorite purple-thonged hero is coming to PSN and Xbox LIVE Arcade this September.
DeathSpank: Thongs of Virtue, according to the official Web site, promises to bring all the great action and humor of the original, only bigger, longer and harder. DeathSpank will travel from war-torn lands to the North Pole in search of the six Thongs of Virtue, mystical undergarments that bring both great power and corruption to those that wear them.
Co-op will once again be included in the game, and players will now be able to choose from either Sparkles the Wizard or a new character, kung fu fighting Steve.
DeathSpank: Thongs of Virtue will be available on PlayStation Network on September 21 for $14.99 and on Xbox LIVE Arcade on September 22 for 1200 Microsoft points.
