To raise money for Wings for Life charity (a not-for-profit spinal cord research foundation), Deep Silver is auctioning the Genki Mobile on eBay — a full-blown, fully customized replica of the vehicle from Saints Row The Third. Proceeds from the auction will go to the charity, and the auction has begun at $7,500 and will end on December 13, 2014.
The promotional vehicle for Saints Row is a classic 1956 F-100 that has been completely restored and is street legal. There's a fiberglass Genki head on the front, restored tufted faux-leather interior and the original dashboard with retro gauges. There's also an easy-to-use control panel for the t-shirt cannon built into the back of the truck.
For a little on the Wings for Life Spinal Cord Research Foundation, they finance cutting edge research and clinical trials around the globe with hopes to find a cure for paraplegia.
