Consoles got to test out Destiny 2 this weekend with the beta Bungie was running. Originally meant to be pre-order exclusive, the beta was made open to the public starting at 1 PM on Friday. The beta was set to end today, but it was announced to be extended until Tuesday.
Bungie's help Twitter announced yesterday that they will be extending the beta expectedly until 6 PM PDT.
So if you missed your chance this weekend, you have a few precious hours to try out Destiny 2 and see what makes it different from its predecessor. As reported previously, the beta includes the new competitive crucible mode, a Strike, and a new story mission. Story is definitely something Bungie has beefed up in the new game, as they've been touting since its reveal.
Check out the beta if you haven't yet, or keep playing until tomorrow!
