After having delayed the launch of the Leviathan Prestige Raid over an exploit, then deciding to set it live on the new date, despite the exploit not being resolved, the Prestige Raid officially went live in Destiny 2 around two hours ago.
Within two hours of the Prestige Raid having launched it was beaten by Clan Redeem. The clan had a total of a four-minute margin before the next fireteam beat it. It's unclear if the exploit was used, however, Bungie did say they would be checking for it.
The Prestige Raid is a new mode for the Leviathan raid that ups the challenge with stronger and smarter enemies. The battles feature new mechanics and require new strategies to beat. It is recommended that Guardians attempt the raid only once their Power Level is 300.
