Activision and Bungie have announced that the Destiny beta for Xbox One and Xbox 360 platforms will begin at 10:00am PDT on July 23 — about a week after PlayStation owners first get access. The beta is scheduled to to last until 11:59pm PDT on July 27 for all platforms.
"As we prepare to launch our first Beta on multiple console platforms around the world, we are excited and eager to open the flood gates," said Harold Ryan, Bungie's president. "We already love to play Destiny, and with your help we can be ready for our launch in September."
As a reminder, anyone who has pre-ordered Destiny at participating retailers is guaranteed access to the beta. PlayStation owners are still getting first access when beta officially opens for PS4 and PS3 on July 17 at 10:00am PDT.
Celebrating today's announcement, Bungie revealed an all-new trailer showing off some of the content included in Destiny's beta.
