Destiny experiencing server interruptions in lieu of reboot

If you've been hanging around the Tower Plaza in hopes of seeing Tess Everis spawn with her new stock of emotes, then you might be in luck, though you'll have to get booted first.

Destiny's Message of the Day states that the "Game world will reboot soon. Anticipate momentary interruptions of activity."

What this means is that Tess Everis will most likely be at her spot in the Tower very soon. However, until Silver gets added to both PSN and Xbox Live, don't expect to be buying anything from her yet.

This reboot also means that The Iron Banner should be live once complete. There, players can wage war in PvP against one another in modes that enable level advantages. Players with low light levels need not apply.
