While Bungie celebrates their 25th year making games, they have simultaneously launched their Moments of Triumph event in Destiny. Apparently, they don't mind cutting the celebration short for the guys that are working on Destiny and monitoring how the event rolls out.
In the second season of Moments of Triumph Destiny players will be hit with new challenges that can be found with the Postmaster. Every time a Guardian completes two tasks, they will unlock a new reward like armor, shaders, or emblems.
If you defeat all of the challenges that Moments of Triumph brings, you'll be able to order an exclusive T-shirt from the event. Before you get too excited, the shirt isn't free. Completing the event will give you an opportunity to purchase the shirt, with proceeds from the purchase going to theBungie Foundation, which aids children through the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Seattle Children's Hospital.
You will not be able to access the Moments of Triumph event without The Taken King.
