Destiny: Rise of Iron raid glitch lets you skip nearly half of Wrath of the Machine

Bungie released a brand new expansion for Destiny last week, called Rise of Iron, and it brought plenty of new content. There is an all-new Story Campaign Set in a large, snowy location known as The Plaguelands, a new Six-Player Raid, new Missions, new Quests, a new Strike, and new Gear. Oh, it also brought a glitch that lets players skip nearly half of the new raid, Wrath of the Machine.

A Redditor named NotTheLoneWolf (via Geek.com)posted a video that revealed an exploit that shows players skipping the Siege Engine portion of Wrath of the Machine. Using platforming skills and resurrection abilities, players can bypass the giant machine that comes at them by jumping to a specific spot on the map.

The exotic chest that appears after crossing the second barrier will still appear, however, the normal loot chest will not be able to be accessed.
