Guardians who missed out on Destiny: The Taken King's Black Spindle last week have been given a second chance.
Lost to Light is today's Daily Heroic, which means the special requirements needed to discover the rare Sniper Rifle are available. For those unfamiliar, Black Spindle is a Year Two Exotic version of Black Hammer. It was discovered last week and all of Destiny went crazy over it — mostly because of its 310 Damage (although Bungie says that's a bug that will be fixed soon).
Still, for you collectors out there, today presents an opportunity to farm the highly-coveted weapon. It may not be as overpowered following the patch, but it will at least match the attack rating for other Year Two Exotics. And if nothing else, it's a cool collector's item.
It's worth noting that completing the requirements necessary to have the Black Spindle drop are pretty difficult, but you can read up on some guides here.
