Destiny’s next Crucible playlist, Combined Arms, now live

It's Friday, which means it's time for a new weekend PvP playlist in the Crucible. Now live, the Combined Arms playlist is "all out war on a massive scale."

"Guardians fight to survive in vehicular combat," Bungie explains. "Form up into Fireteams of six. Drive toward supremacy and glory. Watch for increased Heavy Ammo drops!"

Rewards for participating in Combined Arms include Crucible Gear, Crucible Marks, and Crucible Reputation. The playlist will be available from today, September 19, through Sunday, September 21. Unfortunately, I'll be unable to partake in this weekend's event as I'll be attempting to complete 35 Strikes for Toland's Legacy. But you guys have fun.

Last weekend, Bungie implemented the Salvage game mode in PvP. This involved claiming and salvaging relics on small to medium sized maps built for 3v3 combat.
