Destiny’s The Queen’s Wrath ends today

Hopefully, you’ve gotten everything you wanted from The Queen’s Wrath because the two-week long event ends today. It’s not over yet, so there’s still some time to complete some Reef bounties and Queen’s missions, but don’t feel pressured to — aside from the Legendary gear you could get from the missions, the actual Rank 3 rewards from Petra Venj (the Queen’s Emissary) kind of suck.

Taking the place of Queen’s Wrath is a new event, the Iron Banner, which will begin tomorrow, October 7. Though Bungie hasn’t fully outlined the details of the event, we do know that it’s a Crucible-based event that removes the auto-balancing of weapons and gear in PvP. We don’t quite know the details of the rewards you’ll get for participating, but there’s speculation that it could be end-game gear comparable to that of which you could get from the Vault of Glass raid.
