It's been a week now since the release of Destiny: The Taken King, and with Orxy's arrival came a few finnicky issues "impacting the player experience."
Bungie has released patch 2.0.0.4 today to address some of the more immediate issues, including a fix with the Year 1 Moments of Triumph. Xur's Three of Coins has also been slightly nerfed, which isn't a surprise given the exploit players found. Interestingly, there's no mention of the fix/nerf to the recently discovered Black Spindle.
