Destiny update 1.1.1 adding easy way to check your reputation

Destiny's update 1.1.1 can't get here soon enough. I know many of you are still upset over the numerous weapon nerfs the update will bring, but it isn't all bad news. In fact, this month's update has an awesome feature that many of you have been asking for — an easier way to view your Guardian's reputation with factions.

As previewed by Bungie in this week's update, Destiny 1.1.1 will include a new Reputation Panel, a section of your Guardian's inventory that allows you to easily see your reputation with the numerous factions in the Tower. Check out the preview below.

"We’ve created a way for you to see your faction reputations and weekly marks without having to run from vendor to vendor in the Tower," explained user interface design lead David Candland. "Now this information is never more than two clicks away!"

While Bungie has been working on "a lot of new features," they opted to include this in update 1.1.1 "because it had a very low impact" on the test team.

"We've known we've wanted this feature since we donned our first piece of faction gear, and the community has too. It was a no brainer," he said.
