Earlier today, you might have noticed an interruption of services in Destiny that may have caused you to get kicked from activities, prompting you to download an update. This was Bungie pushing out patch 1.2.0.1, the second of two planned patches for Destiny's expansion House of Wolves.
Similar to how they handled patch 1.2.0, today's update has not actually been made live yet; it simply preps your system with the necessary files for when House of Wolves does release, which Bungie confirmed will be Tuesday, May 19th at 10:00am Pacific.
House of Wolves will be released at 10 AM Pacific on May 19th. Today, we're deploying final pre-load.

Don't panic. House of Wolves still comes out tomorrow: 5/19, 10AM Pacific.

Explaining the process on the blog, Bungie wrote:
All that remains is a manual activation of Expansion II. That happens at 10AM Pacific on Tuesday, May 19th. At that time, the changes in Update 1.2.0.1 that we deployed today will take effect.
During the hours in between the Weekly Reset and the release of House of Wolves, Bungie confirmed that your main view of the Director will exclude some features, including Nightfall Strike, Weekly Heroic Strike, Daily Heroic Story, and featured Crucible playlists. The rest of the game will still be playable however.
"Consider it planned maintenance – or the calm before the storm! Those missing activities will be back when House of Wolves is live. There should be something for everyone," Bungie wrote.
Bungie previewed the patch notes for update 1.2.0.1 last week. Check out the changes that'll go live tomorrow alongside House of Wolves. Bungie also made note that the Speaker won't exchange materials until once 1.2.0.1 is live.
