As you're probably aware, Xur's location changes weekly. Here's where Xur can be found and what he's selling this weekend (Nov. 21 – Nov. 22).

It's that time of week again. Destiny's mysterious weekend vendor, Xur, Agent of the Nine, is back and he's got a fresh batch of Exotic goods. Of course, finding him is always a bit of a tricky part, so we've gone and done that for you.
This weekend (October 24-25, 2014), Xur is located in the Hall of Guardians, just to the right of the Vanguard Mentors' table. Here's what he's selling this week:
Voidfang Vestments (Warlock Class Chest Armor) – 13 Strange Coins
The Armamentarium (Titan Class Chest Armor) – 13 Strange Coins
Chest of Alpha Lupi (Hunter Class Chest Armor) – 13 Strange Coins
Suros Regime (Exotic Assault Rifle – Primary) – 23 Strange Coins
Exotic Engram (Gauntlets) – 23 Motes of Light
Hope you saved up your Strange Coins or Motes of Light if you hope to purchase one of the exotic items he has for sale. If not, you have a few days to save. Xur will remain in the Tower until 2:00am PDT on Sunday, October 26.
We're attempting to figure out a pattern for his spawning points. It does seem like each week he moves to one of the three areas, Vanguard location, North Tower, Hangar, in that order. However the location inside these areas is always random.
