Destiny: Xur, Agent of the Nine, location and exotic items (12/5/14)

Happy Friday, fellow Guardians. Another Friday in Destiny means another new batch of gear from our favorite mysterious vendor, Xur, the Agent of the Nine. And this time, he's brought something brand new.

If you recall, the recent update to Destiny changed the way you upgrade Exotic items. Ascendant Materials have been removed from the game, and in their place are Exotic Shards. These Exotic Shards can be obtained through dismantling unwanted Exotics, or by purchasing them from Xur for seven (7) Strange Coins, making him even more valuable.

So this week, for December 5th and 6th, Xur can be found in the Tower Hangar. In addition to the new Exotic Shards, here's what else you can buy from him:

Helm of Inmost Light (Titan Class Helmet) – 13 Strange Coins

Young Ahamkara’s Spine (Hunter Class Gauntlets) – 13 Strange Coins

Light Beyond Nemesis (Warlock Class Helmet) – 13 Strange Coins

Plan C (Exotic Fusion Rifle – Special) – 17 Strange Coins

Exotic Shard (Material) – 7 Strange Coins

Other items for sale include Pulse Rifle, Hand Cannon, and Machine Gun Telemetry, as well as Voide Drive and Stealth Drive.
