Today is Xur's first day back in Destiny since the release of the House of Wolves expansion, and it's no surprise he's making a stop at The Reef. Although The Reef was introduced as a new social hub with House of Wolves, anyone can actually travel there, so you don't need to buy the expansion to purchase thsi week's exotic goods.
But first you have to find him. This weekend, Xur can be found in the Reef on the right side. When you land inside The Reef head down the stairs to your right. Look directly to your right and you'll see a well lit doorway. The door opens and he is on the right side inside of there. If you get lost, just watch the video above for directions.

You may notice Xur no longer offers upgrades for gears. That's because with House of Wolves, Destiny now allows players to upgrade items at any time through the Ascend system.
