How can Xur follow selling Hawkmoon last weekend? By not selling weapons, of course. Nothing else could really compare, so it’s only natural he limit his stock to year one’s legacy engrams. Better to let the hype die down, no? Instead, we have a trio of situational armor. Have a look at his entire inventory for this, the weekend of October 2, 2015:
Name | Type | Stats | Cost |
Titan Gauntlets | 45 Int / 40 Str | 13 SC
Hunter Helmet | 50 Int / 51 Str | 13 SC
Warlock Chest Armor | 63 Int / 65 Str | 13 SC
Exotic Engram | Helmet Engram | NA | 19 SC |
Legacy Engram | Heavy Weapon Engram | NA | 32 S1 |
Remember how Legacy Engrams work? They decode into year one versions of the year one exotics you haven’t unlocked. In other words, if you missed Truth, Gjallarhorn, Dragon’s Breath or Thunderlord, you’re almost guaranteed to pull one from this weekend’s heavy legacy. However, it may be virtually unusable for now, as only Thunderlord and Truth have received year two upgrades.
As for Xur's location, you can find him in the corner by the Speaker. He'll remain there until Sunday morning.
