It's Friday and that means that Destiny's Santa Clause has come to town. Xur has brought his usual mix of Exotic goods, this time though, he's also brought some Super Good Advice with him. Unless you already own Super Good Advice, there's no reason not to buy it. The machine gun brings every missed shot right back your magazine, which means that you'll only run out of bullets if you miss your target.
It's the weapon Stormtroopers wish they had. In addition to the machine gun, he brought rocket launcher loving Titans a nice bit of armor.
